Everything was good, personnel was courteous and very, very nice. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was helpful. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. It was a good location adjacent to Valparaiso and the Alameda bus station where the Turbus from airport terminates. Ate at Parrilladas Argentina, it's not very far from the venue. The authentic bar was a delightful surprise.

Neighborhood not the best but as we were taking the bus to Mendoza, Argentina it was a convenient location for us.

Our Christmas was really nice and we will definitely be back. the room we stayed in was affordable, had lovely linens, and an amazing shower. - the location was excellent for getting to the airport and cruising around Santiago. - the hotel was conveniently close to the bus station, interstate buses, market, train station, gas station.

Checkin/checkout took >10min. although there was no queue, somehow the procedure is too complicated

Proximity to rail and bus station. We arrived at midnight and slept till 6am to catch bus to Argentina, hotel has ideal location across road from station.Facilities good and basic, and was all we had hoped.

When my Air France flight was delayed for 20 hours and, as one of the people told by Air France that all the 50 hotels in Santiago that they have contacts with were fully booked, I had to find my own overnight accomodation I was surprised and delighted that I was able to log onto Booked.net and find 290 hotels with vacancies for that night. I was immediately able to book a room at the Ibis and had a good nights sleep
